Located on the edge of Boston's Chinatown on the corner of Essex St. and Harrison Ave, we designed a  20-story mixed-use towers for 3rd Year design studio. The busy corner site posed many design challenges, like how to get daylight into the spaces not on the street edge and how to create an urban presence on the street without the building's height becoming too dominate
